I've lost my thumbdrive with everyone's details inside as well as orders.

For preorder 3,

the supplier has lost the items due to transaction no. loss.
so i will have to reorder it.

Either that, or if you would prefer a 50% refund from me,
do let me know.

*the supplier lost the shipments, thus in my t&cs, i will not be responsible for it, but i will do a reorder w the money i earned or at least return a 50% refund.

If there is a need to talk to my agent, do let me know as well, will provide you e contact detail.

For preorder 4,
due to the problems,
i will fully refund preorder 4 money to preorder 4 spree-ers,

Shipping:

Do note that some items might exceed est shipping price, there might be a need to top up. But rest assure, all items pricings are inclusive of est shipping price, thus if needed, the top up amt will usually be sgd 5 or below. This is a rare case (: so do not worry.

Shipping takes around 2-3 weeks (at most 4) after spree ended, in case of delay due to stock replenishing or whatsoever, smses will be sent to everyone. .
